Taking my cue from my Christian neighbors, I've had my head in the sand now for over a week.
I was just wondering, how far and how long do I need to stick my head in the sand before I get a glimpse of God?

If you dont have the capacity to understand the concept of God, you may as well stick your head back in that sand that the atheists told you us Christians do. Look at the mountains-the sky, a baby being born and then come back and tell me if you have a better idea of what God looks like.

You want a glimpse of God ....Just look around at all the nature around you , and the heavens..Then look in the mirror ' you are the crown of His creation....You cannot see God He is a spirit , you can however feel Him in your heart and when He speaks to you .........and I am sad for you if you have never felt His presence..........And btw- I am not a christian.... nor do I have a religion....and you dear friend will find nothing but crabs and things in the sand I would advise against sticking your head in there.....

Be a Christian upon death and you will get to see Him
Actually, I believe even non Choristians will get to meet God upon their turn imn the Judgement..........some will enter, most will be sent away

Put in a movie, either "Oh God", "Dogma" or "Bruce Almighty". Three different people playing God there.

you can't physically see God, but just look around you; to those who are in a really crappy situation, look at who is brought to their way
even the grass, or even sand
where did that come from? etc, etc, etc

When you see Jesus you will see God. You can find Jesus in the sand, too.

i dont think we can see him in person we have to much sin in our lives
we can see him by reading the word of God and by looking around at the trees and world he made
