Easy PS3 question?

How do I put a background picture like the PSP? By the way I can't go online with my PS3.

Well your going to need to upgrade your ps3. What you can do is either use a usb memory card and save the upgrade on it and then upload it to your ps3. The feature to use wallpaper was one of the upgrade that sony offered. After you completed your upgrade you then can transfer picture the same way you transfer the upgrade or by connecting your camera to your ps3 and adding picture. After adding your picture click on the one you want as your wallpaper press triangle and your see a option "set as wallpaper" click on that and it'll ask if your sure say yes and you got your wallpaper customize.

Upload a picture, either by a memory card or something, then when its open, press triangle (as you are looking at the picture full size), and click on Set as Wallpaper (It is on the top row, to the left of the trash can looking thing.). Then go to theme settings and select background as wallpaper.

If you get a PS3 make sure you don't get duped into buying an obsolete Sixaxis as a second controller.

You should get the update via your computer first if you haven't already goto the us.playstation.com website to download to your computer and following the instructions for updating your ps3 from that site.
