I've always wondered, but wasnt quite sure.......

No-You cannot serve in two services at the same time. Reason for it is simple both are counted on youto be able to go if calledup and if both were you could only go with one leaving the other short handed.

If you mean at the same time, no. What is the purpose of the reserves? To supplement the active duty component. A reservist is eventually going to be activated. In case you are considering enlisting in the reserves, do it.

Not at the same time, but after you finish your reserve enlistment in one service, you can enlist in the reserves of another service.
