i want to take my playlist from my old account to my new account. so how can i have the playlist on both accounts

"to another user account" - I don't think that is possible.
Is there some reason why you created a new account???

You should just be able to import it into your new account from your old. Maybe if your tried to export your files from your old account onto your computer, then import it to your new account (all located under File)
