Ok so im origanilly from mexico. i've lived in the u.s for 5 years.
my mom and my family said that dogs start crying or howling when they feel a spirit or ghost in the house or near them. Is that true cuz at night i get really scared.

True, but not always. Let me explain. Dogs and cats...actually most animals are more sensative than we are. It's because they are not logic dominant creatrues. We exist in language that has thinking with it. Animals don't have the reasoning we do. Because of that, we are unaware of what is around us from our lack of use of the other sense we have...the 3rd eye.
If a dog cries, howls, or growl...it depends on the spirit. If the spirit is playing with them, then there could be that reaction. But if the spirit is around but not taunting the dog, then the dog may not react or even pay attention. We are surrounded by spirits. They walk among us...just we don't see them because we don't see their frequency...which is much faster...faster than what our senses pick up, unless we are trained to tune into it. It's normal for these 4 leggeds to come across spiritual presence.

There may be some element of truth in this folklore or wisdom. But it is not necessary that the dogs howl because of some ghost or spirit. The animals go by their instincts and therefore like some other living beings, dogs are more proactive in night and pro activity also include howling. Spirits and ghosts are not meant to frolic around in night alone.These can also emerge in any part of the day. There is no scientific proof to establish that the ghosts etc only come out at night. As regards your fear I would suggest you a simple exercise. Just before going to bed meditate for afew minutes. Just think that there is nobody near you except God. This continuous exercise for a month will give you the strength to overcome fear of anything whether live or dead.

If the dog had been always quiet and all a sudden he start howling yes its a possibility theres a spirit in your house but its usually someone who had love us who are paying a visit to the family O K I am going to tell you what to do ;; Tonight you will say To whom ever is visiting this house go to the light of God You are not part of this world anymore so go with God and His angels and also do a little prayer Ask God to give to this spirit all His love and light , You do not have to say this prayer out loud P S Each time I received a called from someone who as a spirit in his house that's what I am telling him or her and it always work Good luck Let me know about your result Just say this question is for Lala bye

I was in my friends house which has "ghost problems" and their dog never barked or cryed.
