see theres this guy ive been liking for a while and we finally started to talk and then i started to like him even more and i thought he liked me to by the way he showed it. and i just recently found out he had a girl and i was devestated. i felt really stupid because i was trying to act like a flirt around him and he had a girl the whole time. theyve been together for three months but they cant see eachother for the time being cause of her grades. what should i do? keep my hopes up and wait? or just give up now?

Keep the lines of communication open. If you like him, you will be at least somewhat satisfied FOR him having someone, even if it hurts you to watch.
Be genuine, but dont hide your feelings though...youre not doing anything wrong by flirting with a guy you like, and if he picks up on it, he must be at least partially interested.
Who knows, you might end up finding a great friend with some interesting history if the relationship thing doesn't pan out. Keep the glass half full!

You wouldn't like someone hitting on your guy, so don't hit on someone else's.
If you still like him when his relationship with this girl ends on it's own (and I'm betting it will as most do and 3 months is not exactly long term), then make your move then.
In the meantime, consider other options. There are lots of guys out there.

Give up. Don't get in the middle of thier relationship, it makes you look bad. If they're not meant to be, then they won't be together for a long time anyway. You could continue being his friend if you think you can play nice, but otherwise, back off and move on.... Sorry hun

well,since you mentioned grades,you are all too young.you don't usually end up married in that age,you just collect experiences.so perhaps he is not crazy about her,since he gave you hope.he did right?you can not possibly know if they are fighting and are near bracking apart.stay friendly,DON'T show him your feelings.not fair to the other girl.have a great time with a great friend and mayme someday the coast will be clear...good luck!

Maybe he just wanted to be friends and if that's so be his friend. Friends ususally last longer then relationships. And chances are that the guy you like and this girl won't last forever and when she's gone you can take a chance if you still really like him. But just remember that sometimes friends last longer then boyfriends.

you look young, and if you are, men will come and go. just keep the friendship the way it was before you found out that he had a girl. it was all innocent right? well than act like its ok and you just wanna be his friend anyways. you never know you might end up likeing just being friends, hell you might find some one and make him jelous. just be yourself it will all work out. it always does.

i kno how u feel =( .... im goin through same phase wit a girl, it may be clear i have no chance, but im in denial... i plan to just spend time wit her, see if i can make her like me n if that dont work, TIME TO ROLL OUT THE PORSCHE!

No dont give up...... if they cant see each other right now take advantage of that...... and spend time with him to get him to like u more then her....... each time you see him talk to him but dont flirt with him just throw him hints that you like him without flirting Good Luck :)

Just wait it out. You can still be his friend, but don't flirt with him. You don't want a bad reputation with him or his girl.

Continue to be nice and flirt. Girlfriends come and go for guys. Remember thought if he is flirting with you while he is dating her, the same will happen to you if you date him.
