I don't see what your size has to do with it. Just be ready to face the consequences of any action you take, and you will be fine.

It's an unfortunate fact of life that the position of "peace officer" remains the lowest level government position that is inherently corrupt by the nature of it's existence. I'm afraid a minor infraction that can be proved, documented and reported isn't going to do a thing for you because the police and the administrative departments that handle them probably pat each other on the back over minor abuses of their power. The point is, morality is not the issue at hand. There are simply more of them than there are of you and at any rate, they are better equipped for the situation you intend to create than you give them credit for. If you really want to be a dissenter, I suggest beginning a civil conversation in which you repeatedly question the morality of his actions coupled with the obvious abuse of authority until he arrests you for a reason he makes up on the spot. Then you can screw him in court, if you're lucky. In the meantime, violence won't get you anywhere but county lockup.

Depends if he had to use the spot for official work, most likely not. Just take a picture of the plate and the cop car in the handicap spot, then send it in as a complaint. He could be disciplined.
Also, if he is around, ask him for his badge number and ask why he is parked in the handicap spot.
Cops are like you and me. The difference is that they are suppose to uphold the law. I percieve them more as work supervisors for society, which we are all employees. Just because he/she is a supervisor, doesn't make him or her any better than you. It just means he/she has more of a responsibility. Which you should not respect cops, but you should respect the law. When you respect a cop for being a cop, it defeats the whole purpose laws. Instead, respect the individual. Anyone who participates in society is an individual, even those with the title of cop.

Taser's were custom made for people just like you......I'd pay money to watch you make a fool out of yourself trying to make a "citizens arrest" of a Police Officer over a handicapped Parking Spot..Besides, sounds like you could use the excercise by walking a few extra parking spaces....
*Justified in your own mind maybe........ Good way to get yourself permanently injured or worse. With your attitude it doesn't matter how big you are..Perhaps you should go outside and practice "falling down"...

Just let it ride bud. I don't care how big or bad you are. You are only one, and they will stict together and there are a bunch of them. You will be biting off a lot more trouble than you want, if you mess with the man. It really doesn't pay. Just get the car number and the time and location and report it to the police. If they want to handle the situation then let them bring down their own.
Good luck.

Geez you start in on the Christmas cookies a little early? Looks like you gained a couple of pounds since the last time you posted. If I was you I would say thank you since you now have to park farther away and can walk off a little more of your fat a$$.
Keep posting I enjoy all of the points I get off you.

Um, no, I don't think trying to wrestle his Tazer away from him is a good idea. You can, however, take note of his squad car number and call the police department to report him. I have done that before.

you could do that if you want to be arrested for assaulting police officer. What makes you think you'll even get to his tazer. I'm guessing any police officer will be a bit faster on their feet than you are.

you could ask him politely why he's there =D ... although he'd proably just laugh at you or glare ominously or something to that effect.
i just know that people would laugh even harder if they saw a news headline about a guy pouncing on a cop because he parked in a handicap place. especially if he peppersprayed you and called the men from the happy farm. i would. Oo;

If you get tazered or pepper sprayed your gonna be a sorry sack of potatoes.. how about you mind your own business. if you see a cop in a handicap spot.. guesss what.. suck it up. and most cops dont park in handicap spots.. i know i havent.

I can tell you haven't spared any money on the eggnog. Just shoot it and send it to your local TV, Radio Station and Police Station, you might get some response. In the mean time I'm just laughing myself to death at some of these answers. Just remember the bigger you are the harder you'll fall - hang in there big guy.
