When I open tabs in internet explorer, after a while of opening and closing tabs, the new tabs will not have the "file edit view, etc" menus. I am using Vista so I'm not sure that has anything to do with it. What is causing this to happen and how do I fix it?

Bill. It's not turned off. It's on when I first start using it. It only turns off after opening a few tabs and it's only off on the new tabs. If I click the old tabs, they are still there.

With Vista and IE7 the menu bar is turned off by default.

To turn it on right click on a blank spot of the adress tool bar or some where up top and a little pop up menu will appear. Tic Menu BAR.
