I'm 18 and my brother is 17. He betas me up all the time and I don't know what to do. Hes in boxing and can pwn me. If I tell anyone about this(like my parents) then he beats me up even worse. I can't go to the police as I have no proof and don't want to. Any ideas?

Tell your parents EVERY time it happens. You have to be consistent.
Another thing is, you could report him to his boxing instructor. If his instructor finds out he's abusing his skills, he may do something about it.
Now, if your parents AND the boxing instructor don't get him under control, I think you have to call the police in. Don't worry too much about not having proof. They can at least talk to him. He's a minor now, but if he keeps up this kind of behavior, he may really end up in jail. For his own sake as well as yours, and for the future women in his life, do something.
