I recently purchased some adult chewable vitamins from a vitamin store. They taste great and I only like chewable.

Problem is I am NOT a vegetarian, I eat quite a bit of meat. The vitamins have ALOT of B vitamins and daily values for other vitamins.

Are they safe for me to eat daily?

Well I'm guesing that they have the vitamins in meat that they arent getting but you are. A little extra vitamins never hurt anyone but a lot can kill you...keep that in mind

Yes they are safe. Most vitamines have fish and other animal proucts in them. Being vegitarian vitamines they are just made with out the animal by products.

Should be ok, the vegetarian portion just assures vegetarians that nothing in the pill is of animal source.

Call a pharmacist. They are so smart, kind, and helpful. He/She will guide you. Make sure you're talking to the actual pharmacist.

Interesting question deserves a star!! :)
