I go barefoot an awful lot during the spring and summer, and my bare feet get a lot of attention from young ladies. In fact, even little girls stare at my bare feet. Sometimes they even tickle them. Is there something that the female gender likes about barefoot guys? Ladies, what would it mean to you if you saw me barefoot? Would you stare at my feet? Would you tickle them? Is this a general thing with ladies?

It seems having a foot fetish is more common among men than it is among women, but of course there are women who have one too!

As for me, I don't think of feet in a sexual/arousing/attractive manner at all, but I do love to go barefoot myself and I like seeing another barefooter -male or female- just because it's so rare to see anyone else do it outside pool and beach, and it's fun to see someone who shares an uncommon habit/hobby. Just as a 'kindred soul' kind of thing. I wouldn't touch anyones feet but I just said 'hi' and ended up chatting for a while until my train left just yesterday when I saw barefoot guy, and that was fun. In a way, I like any alternative look, tattoos, piercings, unnatural hair color... I tend to get along with other non-conformists so if your clothes show you're not, then that's a good thing :-)

Btw, going barefoot is NOT dangerous, unhealthy or gross; feet get very tough very quickly (I get a tiny splinter maybe once a year and I've never had a cut, even though I regularly run at places with lots of glass and litter), our skin is made to keep pathogens out (we're at far greater risk from our hands than from our feet, because with our hands we touch our face and food allowing germs to enter our body), and feet are fully washable and don't smell unless they have been confined to shoes ('foot odor' should really be called 'shoe odor', it's not the sweat itself that smells but the stuff bacteria make breaking down the sweat in anaerobe circumstances -with lack of oxygen. On the bare skin, the sweat will dry up without odor).

Also, while many stores in the US post signs saying 'no shoes, no shirts, no service', people should know that contrary to popular belief this is NOT required by the Health Department. Any signs stating it is, are FALSE (see source).

I have gone barefoot for 11 years now, and I have not noticed one way or the other. Girls/women would always hang out with me at parties - I went out on dates barefoot (sometimes with barefoot girls). Obviously the answer is some do and some don't. I would say most are indifferent. It seems though that the minority of ladies who really hate feet are very vocal about it, creating the impression that "no one wants to see your feet," or "everyone thinks feet are gross." NOT TRUE. I reiterate, I have never had problems finding a female companion, and I repeat, I have been barefoot for the better part of 11 years. Also obviously, I wouldn't want the companionship of a woman who is so shallow as to not give me the time of day because I'm "that weird barefoot guy," so that works out anyway. She doesn't want me, I am not interested in her. These women are in the minority though.

I love it when my husband walks around barefoot! I am always barefoot, even in the winter (in the house obviously). I think it shows that you're comfortable and not stuffy (like my sister who won't even go past the shower barefoot). I don't think I would stare at your feet or try to tickle them though. I know that my friends in HS had a wicked thing against barefeet though (I think it was just feet in general). Do you have particuarly big feet or ugly feet? Maybe that's why they are staring ;-)

I don't know if it's that ladies find bare feet attractive... However, I think bare feet look much better than dingy white sport socks, unlesss the bare feet are not taken care of (example: long yellow toenails, fungus, dry skin).

Go ahead and rock those naked tootsies if you want! Just be sure to give them a good scrubbing once in a while.

Foot fetish' yer but only the nicely groomed clean ones. You obviously need to see more barefooted women. Why not ask the ladies to send in their feet photo's? There's a nice foot photo on innocent superfoods blackcurrant, acerola cherry & rosehips nat vit C, who knows what delights Emma is hiding under those new shoes. I've just got some keen VeniceH" light grr-een/yellow in the sale...Jason loves them!

I love bare feet - but not guy's feet. Too smelly. I am all about the ladies' feet. I can't get enough. Well, I can. They can smell just as bad as anything. So I take that back.

I love clean women's feet tho. Ladies find the feet of attractive guys attractive. Not all men fall into that category.

I would probably ask you where are your shoes? If you were in the yard with barefoot, then yeah, that's kind of hot. On the other hand, if you are in the supermarket with barefeet, that would just be weird....
