No, derivatives derive their value based on something else. Now, if the fishes and breads multiplied because wine multiplied, then yes it would be a derivative.

he didn't its just that the people got too stubborn and so he moved to one side and let them do whatever they wanted to. but the people who really try hard on praying and believe in him will soon be rewarded and may suffer now because its a test in faith and hope, to see if they will give up or keep going to get the reward.
