If I lost a permanent tooth, and I didn't like it, I would get a veneer or something. If I didn't mind a big gap in my smile, I wouldn't bother.

if u lost it completely, u can get a retainer with a fake tooth on it. if there is a little bit of the tooth left in ur gums, u can get a fake one molded on top of it, my ex punched me and broke half of my fronth tooth, but now i got it filled and u couldnt tell the difference

HELLO JOHNNY,

OF COURSE THIS SHOULD BOTHER YOU.IT'S YOUR TOOTH AND IT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU.
YOU HAVE TO ASK YOURSELF WHETHER YOU WANT TO REPLACE IT OR NOT.
ONLY YOU CAN MAKE THIS DECISION. IF THIS IT'S A TOOTH WHICH IMPACTS YOUR SMILE THEN IT'S WORTH CONSIDERING A REPLACEMENT

Of course it should bother you. It is gone forever. You will have to have a repair done.

I sure as hell hope not. You sound very hung up on guilt and very religious.
