Non-denominational Christianity is accepting God's word as truth and living it accordingly accepting the free gift of life (salvation).... Organized religion (denominational) is God's word + man's way attempting to earn the freely given gift of life (salvation).

My non-denominational Christianity works like this;
Witness to a soul only to plant the seed of the Gospel in their heart and mind... water it with love. Then allow the sunshine of the Holy Spirit to make it grow His way either by conviction or by revelation of truth... Follow up with the soul for support.

If an individual refuses the Gospel, then Christians are commanded to depart and "shake off the very dust from your feet"... as we see in LUKE chapter 9.

Each individual is a unique situation, and the Holy Spirit will deal with that heart as necessary.

"Convince"?

I would just like to say that it is my conviction
that longer hair and other flamboyant affectations
of appearance are nothing more than the male's emergence
from his drab camouflage into the gaudy plumage
that is the birthright of his sex.

There is a peculiar notion that elegant plumage
and fine feathers are not proper for the male
when aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
aaaaaaaaaaactually
that is the way things are in most
species.

Its a religion of true conviction for me. I am the only person in my family that is Apostolic(Oneness Pentecostal). As such, they are very negative towards me where this is concerned. They just can't accept that I would be a different religion than I was raised in.

Conviction - this is what is right for me and some others. It isn't a religion for everyone. Oh, may the gods NEVER insist that everyone join our religion - there are some people that just wouldn't fit, thanks. If you find the path, it calls to you and you say you are Tru, then you are true until you prove otherwise. We don't convert.

Both. For those whose conviction gets weak, there's lots of convince. Factual, scientific evidence.

Neither really. It feels 'right' and works for me and that's what counts.

Everyone is different so I expect most people wouldn't find my 'path' suited to them. But that's OK. You've got to be true to yourself.

Peace.

It's just my religion. If you don't believe, we don't care really. We don't believe in universalism. We're good with it.
