It will be fine. I don't go by expiration dates, they usually last longer than that.

Yes. The use by date is actually the date that the store has to remove it from the shelf. It is still safe to use at home.
If this is a pre-cooked chicken product, then it is still fine if you've kept it under the recommended conditions.

Chicken will tell off on itself if it wasn't any good. I suggest that you use your own judgement regarding cooking the chicken. I honestly think it's just fine providing you have used the recommended standard of storing. Next time you're in the market, I suggest you ask the butcher regarding chicken storage time. I hope you're using a really good recipe!!!!!!!

A programme on ITV a few weeks ago showed a presenter eating food up to 2 weeks out of date. On of the food stuffs was mince. According to him if it's been refrigerated properly it can be eaten, as long you cook it THOROUGHLY! Personally, I wouldn't want to myself. If in doubt, chuck it out.

Depends. The pass due date is a calculation based on averages. If you have kept them cold then they should probably be alright. Smell them before you cook them and look carefully for signs of decomposition.

They are probably fine. If they have gone bad (that can happen even before the use by date) they will have a bad smell. If you take a sniff and they smell fine then you can eat them.

It's ok, one day won't matter. The date just mean that they are best by that date but still edible. Don't wait another day though.

It's OK. If anything it will taste a little off, but not harmful bacteria-wise as long as it's been refrigerated the whole time.

If it doesn't smell bad or rotten, or look that bad then it sould be okay as long as you cook it throughly and eat it asap.
