Best guesstimate: 90% practical and 10% feel-good.
But that's misleading, because the 90% that's practical feels pretty good too. Or I should say "feels right."
I suspect there is a large element of comfort in all theist religions and it's always tempting to make that the raison d'etre of the faith.

As Warriorpooflinger says. Feeling good is practical!
If I feel good I find it rubs off on other people. If I feel good I am better equipped to deal with the ups and downs of life and to help others. It keeps me healthy (a positive attitude has been shown to be beneficial to health).
I appreciate the small things in life and it costs me little. So I guess I'm going to have to say around 100% feel good!

I strive for my belief system to be 100% practical and truthful. It might also make me feel good, but if it isn't truthful then I'm pursuing a fantasy, not a religion.

All of mine is for being serious. I believe that God is God and Jesus is Jesus. It is all very serious. IF you are serious then when something bad happens one will feel better than if they were not serious about being Christian.
Then Jesus said some people will suffer and/or die like Jesus. We need to be strong.
If you think that feeling good is because you went to a church one day; may come to mean one is walking down a wide road.
