How about making Spanish Coffees, very impressive and Christmasy. Rim the edge of a hug stemmed glass with lemon and dip in sugar. Add 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz. Creme de Cacao, 1 oz. Kaluha, fill with strong coffee and top with whipped cream and a cherry. Coffee will never be the same!

If your 30 you should no these things I think your lying.
I agree with Kimberly's selections all are great another one would be Carolans like Baileys but alot cheaper. I would also suggest Baha Rosa or any creme liquor really your just substituting alcohol instead of the creme MMMMMMMMMM.

The first thing that comes to mind is Kahlua. But I really like the sound of the Spanish coffee suggested by msnortheront.

Amaretto, Crème de Cacao, and Rum come instantly to mind and Irish whiskey. Make sure you measure at least a shot per 4 oz of coffee.

My choice not necessarily in the order it is written
1)Irish Whiskey
2) any scotch whiskey
3) Tia maria
4)Drambuie
5)any Brandy
6)try any cheap cognac
I personally prefer Irish whiskey! But then every one to their own poison! If I have missed any please let me know I am sure it is culture bound and varies across countries and societies!I am sure they mix Bourbon in North America/Canada I dont know what the aussies do!!;-)
