most wiccans believe that the color pink or objects that are pink (such as rose quartz) will either help bring love into your life or, as you said "make your love grow." however, since i do not practice wicca, i personally don't believe that methods such as that work. (no offense)

Rose quartz is a heart stone and is more to do with self love, acceptance and understanding. The stone associated with relationships and lovers is rhodochrosite. Breaking your rose quartz WILL NOT bring you bad luck, although fear of bad luck might! The stone might however be feeling a bit shocked, the same as we would if we had a fall. If it were my stone I would give it a good rest, maybe leave it in the sunshine or out in the rain for a few weeks to recuperate. I have worked with stones for a long time and whilst I wouldn't claim to be an expert, they have taught me a thing or two over the years. Your stone will be OK, don't worry.

If you love someone, spending time with them, listening to them, talking with them, and working toward common goals will help your love grow. All of these things will be a lot more helpful than a rose quartz. However, a rose quartz wouldn't damage it.

Rose quartz has some strong, good energy, very healing. But only you can make your love grow.

If you practice Wicca then you would already know the answer. If you don't, then you're not studying enough.
It can only help love grow as well as a garden rake. It's not the object that causes feelings to grow, it's the people.

rather than trying to make your love grow with a rose quartz, why not just find a taller boyfriend and be done with it?

Only the two of you can do that. Not a rock.
EDIT: I think you mean you practice "Wicca." A "Wiccan" is what someone IS if they practice "Wicca." Just FYI.

There is no possible way a rock of any kind is going to help love grow.
Love simply takes time, communication, openness, honesty, etc.
