I've heard a lot of people say that they get depressed in the winter months, but I always seem to find that I get more depressed in the summer months. Does anyone know why this may be?

It may be because you were raised in a largely winter climate or are a skiing enthusiast (do you have a bumper sticker that reads "think snow?"). It usually afflicts those raised above the arctic circle who are involuntarily moved south. They are then said to have "negative SAD", HA!

I hope Santa visits you in his sleigh, good mental health, peace and Love!

maybe an unconscience bad memory is linked to summer or summer weather. all the free time makes me really bored, and sometimes boredom can be depressing.
