It would be cheaper on your insurance to buy it and register it as non-turbo, then add the twin turbos. But check on the prices of the non-turbo and twin turbo'd. Then check any import websites and see what the twin turbo kit runs then decide. Usually it's more expensive to buy it and add it later than to just buy it with it. I haven't checked the prices on the 300ZX Turbo kits lately so I'm not sure.

That's a good website. I'm pretty sure they carry the 300ZX TT kits. They have financing to help ease the hit on your wallet.

Yes you can however it can get very expensive the front bumper covers are different turbos have gill slits for intercooler air. Start with a JDM front clip that way you will also have a transmission which is different too. If you spend 10,000 carefully you can have close to 485 rear wheel horsepower and if you keep your foot out of it all the time it may even last a while. I finished a Twin turbo conversion to 2+2 na for last Octobers Z car National's. Now it is back in the shop for a Z1 motor sports Long engine assembly with stronger mechanicals. His bill doing all the work himself with me helping is going to be around 15,000 and a AEM stand alone Laptop interfaceable computer for better engine control we may see over 500 at the wheels. Buy the newest best condition 300zx you can. Twin turbo conversions and I have done three of them can be very expensive. Even with a complete front clip there are parts that are no longer available. And the temptation is go for the power and boost control ECM'S port and polishing Extrude hone and bigger turbos and injectors almost 500 HP can be realised at the rear wheels last one we did made 485 HP and lasted almost 2,000 miles pistons melted. Now were putting in a Z1 motor sports Built up long block. Conversion cost almost 15,000 long block another 5,000 so if your wallet is thin... Build up a muscle car built in America. Want some adventure Make a Z car go.
