I was pulled over a couple weeks ago in Missouri for going 98 in a 70 mph zone. My license is intermediate and it was 5:09 A.M in the morning. I know I will be receiving community service hours and a driving class, but could I also receive a bigger punishment? I.E jail for two days, or license suspended for a year?

Also Curfew in Missouri is 1:00 A.m. to 5:00 A.M. in the morning. And the only offense listed on my ticket was exceeding posted speed limit.

The penalty depends on the presentation of evidence. Be sure to protect your rights and to prove that your offense is not that grave.
