You can start by doing little things. Try to think about how what you do affects other people and to put others before yourself. Donate to homeless shelters. Volunteer as often as you can. Although I do not believe that Jesus was a god, I do believe that the lifestyle he preached is an excellent one to follow. If everyone did as you are trying to do, the world would be a better place. Try following the lifestyles Buddha Sakia and Mohammad taught as well. I try to live as much like the three of them as possible.

Is Christlike love practiced by anybody today? The Encyclopedia Canadiana observes: “The work of Jehovah’s Witnesses is the revival and re-establishment of the primitive Christianity practised by Jesus and his disciples . . . All are brothers.”

What does that mean? It means that Jehovah’s Witnesses allow nothing—neither race, nationality, nor ethnic background—to cause them to hate their neighbors. Nor will they kill anyone, for they have figuratively beaten their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears, as the Bible foretold true servants of God would.—Isaiah 2:4.
Yes, three Christlike qualities—love, mildness and humility—can improve our relationship with others. When people irritate us, these qualities can help us to handle the situation in a constructive way, usually with happy results. Surely they are qualities that none of us, if we carefully think about it, can do without!

“Doing nothing out of contentiousness or out of egotism, but with lowliness of mind considering that the others are superior to you, keeping an eye, not in personal interest upon just your own matters, but also in personal interest upon those of the others.”—Phil. 2:3, 4.

Study his teaching. Apply. Oh yeah, change your last name to Christ like I did. Say: I AM JESUS CHRIST. He will hear you and will begin to open you wide. The more Christs, the better. Stay tuned!

Get Criss Angel to teach you his walking on water trick. Tell everyone your mothers name is Mary and that she is also a virgin. Create wounds on both hands. Wear sandals. Follow up every conversation with, "my child". Grow your hair long. Grow a Beard. Tell everyone how much you miss Bethlehem. Tell everyone they should forgive Osama bin Laden and George Bush.

You can't...but you can strive and practise to be one of his followers if you so choose. Being Christ-like means living by Jesus' example in the ways he treated people....and the utmost respect he gave to his father.

"I am in the Father, you are in me, and I am in you."

Jesus was speaking about Spirit. So to become more like Christ, "Worship in Spirit."

This resource explains this very neglected aspect of the Gospel.

We'll all be a lot more like Christ 100 years from now, when we're rotting in our own graves. In fact, we'll be virtually indistinguishable not too many years after that.

At some point I expect to be so much like him that if anyone actually looks at (and smells...) my remains, they'll loudly exclaim "Jesus Christ!!".

Hey! Where are all my thumbs-downs?
C'mon, folks, let's get on the ball here.
