How to embed YouTube video into PowerPoint
Commonly there are two steps:
1.Download a video from YouTube
It's very easy. There are many methods for you to choose from, and the easiest way is to use this website:

You can take any video formats you want from YouTube.
Then embed the YouTube video to your PowerPoint.
2.Embed YouTube video into PowerPoint
Tips:
Always put the movie in the same folder as your PowerPoint presentation. If you later move the PowerPoint presentation to another computer, copy the movie too. Keeping your movie in the same folder as your presentation ensures the link will still work. However, you should always test the movie on a new machine just to be certain. Re-insert the movie, if necessary.
PowerPoint 2003 and PowerPoint 2007 may a little different.

to contain a action picture or video clip in a PowerPoint presentation, you purely click 'Insert', click on 'movies and sounds', then click 'action picture from document'. remember that PowerPoint purely recognizes MP3, AVI and few different document formats so in case you won't be able to upload a video considering it fairly is FLV or another unrecognized media variety, then you definately in basic terms acquire a video format converter, to transform the document to a recognized format.
