if U were not allowed to see your son for X mas....?
This is what I'm going through. My son's mother hates my guts or something because she told me to take her to court so I could see my son....it's VERY saddening and frustrating.

She probably doesn't think you have the balls to take her to court....so reply to her wishes and take her @ss to court if of course your son is worth it.....I think it is pretty wrong and a low-blow to you and your son....c'mon now its the holidays....but....yeah for real take her to court.....maybe thats what it is going to take....Good Luck Buddy....don't do anything stupid....do everything the legal way....Merry Christmas to you....

Hopefully you are doing your part as far as child support goes... if NOT, that can certainly cause her to be against you. HOWEVER either way, as long as a man isn't a drug addict, in and out of jail, or any kind of loser for that matter, he should be in a child's life. I'm so sorry you're upset. I honestly could NEVER EVER imagine being forced away from my child. It's heartbreaking to think about. Make sure you send a card and presents if nothing else

You have rights to visitation. You also have the obligation to pay child support. So see a lawyer and get it done. Use this as your Christmas present to you and your son.

BTW, Christmas is just a day. Jesus would be embarrassed if He knew the symbol of His birth gave so much misery to so many.

im sorry that you are going through that. i am a single mom, but i would never keep my daughter from her father unless he was putting her in harms way. it sounds like she is angry about something. it sounds like the only way your going to be able to see him is if you take her to court.....good luck!

Take her up on her offer and find yourself a lawyer.
