just curious i tried to help one by giving the guy some money but they get a lil too crazy so i stopped

why do they come out of no where?

They get crazy, because their cracky...its sad, but you cant help them. They need to help themsleves and go to rehab. Its scary because they do come from out of nowhere, and say crazy things, or do crazy things..their unpredictable.....I see them almost everyday.....
The sad thing is that they dont know/think they need help. If I had a brother/sister who was a crack, I would put them in rehab and help them as much as I can
