Headache and lethargy are physical symptoms. Anger, frustration and quick mood change are psychological. Since the psychological outnumber the physical, it seems you have some type of psychological disorder. The physical symptoms compliment the psychological and are known as psychosomatic. The psychological symptoms are not that bad but are causing you to have physical symptoms. Whatever is making you angry? Lethargy indicates you are tired. Almost everyone gets angry when they are tired and are frustrated by not being able to rest. Mood swings, in this instance, indicate a need to compensate with happiness while fighting that which is making you angry or upset. I have figured out your problem: you need to go to bed and sleep for at least 8 hours. then call me in the morning. or something.

Those symptoms sound like infection based chronic fatigue syndrome- thats if they have been going on for months.
Otherwise it could be stress.
You may get a diagnosis from your doctor.
If it had been going on for a long time, months, and it was me, I would consult private doctors who know about infection related chronic fatigue. The private hospital below is experienced at investigating fatigue problems, etc.

Hypogycaemia? Are you eating enough, and frequently enough?
The PMS answer sounds pretty spot on though...

Your illness is "life."
Perhaps you're not getting enough rest and you're not on a regular schedule.
