Why the rude answers? You're here to learn, and that's OK. There are people who identify as Witches or Wiccans, and who practice a religion called Wicca. Some Wiccans practice magick, and some do not. But Magick to Wiccans and other Pagans isn't like it is in Harry Potter. Magick, for us, is a spiritual discipline -- a means by which we commune with the universe and connect with the energies of nature. Spells work, but they do not go against the laws of physics or nature. You won't be making lightning jump out of your fingers, and you won't be flying through the air. And attempting a spell without first understanding the basic principles of magick is like trying to operate a toaster without plugging it in first. Nothing will happen.
You sound young, and your parents probably wouldn't approve of this sort of thing, so I recommend setting witchcraft aside until you are older. If your sister is having a weight problem, she needs a nutritionist, not a witch.

There are no wiches or wicans on here. There are Witches and Wiccans on. I am not Tinkerbell. I will not die if you don't belive. I am here to stay.
Wait, a spell for weight loss? Hmmmm, I would try one for more energy to help get more motivated and active. Also, some people prosses foods in a different way. She could eat healthy, but still gain weight. Calling the doctors office could help her get on a diet that would work for her. Unlike Harry Potter, real spells aren't automatic, they take work.

I'm a Witch. How could I prove it? Why don't you believe it? Are you one of those people that only believes that their religion is right and everyone else is wrong or do you seriously need proof? I am a Witch. I have no way to prove it and I have no need to. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.

Huh? There are lots of witches and Wiccans. In fact, the US Army Chaplains have instructions on how to support Pagan Troops. How can you Not believe in something that is?

I think the term "witch" is way too loaded. I don't use it anymore myself. I am very spiritual, that is all. I don't have a need to label myself. Personally, I think the need to label one's self is not as spiritually advanced (as *not* having a need to label yourself.)
That said if you want to be an educated person, you must know about the Wiccan religion and the fact that there are indeed people calling themselves "witches."

I'm a Witch and Hellenic Pagan.
How the hell am I supposed to "prove" it to you?
You must have some inaccurate ideas about Witchcraft and Wicca.

I was wiccan once... and it answered a lot more of my questions than christianity ever did.
However, since I question my own existence, I'm not even going to bother trying to prove it to you.

There is. I don't care if you don't believe it, and I'm under NO obligation to "prove" it. There is nothing to be gained by that, and we wiccans/witches are not here to prove ourselves. It isn't necessary. If you believe, fine, if you don't, fine.

Prove there are Christians. I don't believe it.
That's the silliest thing I've ever heard. Is your world so small that you don't believe other people might have another faith besides yours? How very sad for you cupcke.

I am a witch. But I don't have to prove it to anyone, least of all an illiterate like you who undoubtedly can't think any better than she can spell.
