Does accutane or Isotretinoin really work?

I was prescribed to Isotretinoin by my dermotologist and started the treatment yesterday.

Accutane is basically a miracle acne drug. It's sucks while you are taking it because your skin gets dry, scaly and red, but the effects of it last a lifetime. Think 2 pimples instead of 20. That's how good it is. It actually changes your skin type.

Accutane works, but it takes time. But you might have to go for another treatment later though.
