If you're not emotionally ready, it's a bad idea. People who get pregnant because they think they'll feel better if they have a little person to love them should skip the kids and get a dog instead. Having is a very heartwarming experience, but it's not a baby's job to make a parent feel good about him or herself.
One should also be financially ready. If they get pregnant intentionally, knowing full well that they will need WIC and/or welfare to help raise their children, they're not ready for kids.
Maturity is also key. A potential parent must realize that although having a baby doesn't mean her life is over, her life WILL change. She won't be able to go out partying until 3 AM. In fact, she won't be able to go out nearly as often as she used to. A baby is not a cute little doll to dress up and tote around the mall with her; it's a completely dependent human being who will not always be a cute little baby. A parent's life revolves around his or her child, not vice versa.

Your question is unclear. I assume you're asking what are some bad reasons why people choose to have children. Those would include; to have someone who will always love them, to have a little copy of themselves, or just because they're too lazy to use birth control.

If you don't have the funds. Raising a baby can cost up to $10 000 a year. Or if you're not mature/mentally ready enough to have one.

XOXO,

You want one.
You believe that you have the right to have children, no matter if you can meet the children's rights to a stable life.
