Genesis is full of it, the first case is God placing the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the garden. This is the same as placing a loaded gun in your child's toy chest and saying don't play with it.
When god required Abraham to sacrifice his son, is a very sadistic thing to do to anyone, much less a man who waited 90 years to have a child.
Wiping out the entire world because they were evil, and waiting 2000 to 4000 years before suppling a means of salvation ranks up there as being very heartless.
Leaving the hebrews in Egypt for 200 to 400 years as slaves seems a bit over the top. Then commanding them to completely wipe out various cities so the Hebrews could have them and to stop child sacrifice (stop it by killing both the adults and the children, good solution).
Edit:
The list goes on and on...

Adam and Eve. Even though they were both told not to eat the fruit, and they both ate it, Eve's punishment was far worse.
All women would have great pain during childbirth, and they would pretty much belong to their husbands. But for men it's just harder to farm the ground or something.
It's been a while since I read it, but I'm sure god was very unfair with his punishments, being much harder on Eve.
O and in the story when a man was visited my some (male) angels and then some men in the town wanted to have sex with the angels and then God destroyed the town. I thought that was a bit harsh.

The bible is a bunch of stories, half of which are bullshi_ anyway. So I would say that fact alone is pretty unfair and mean considering for generations people have been broadcasting the bible to manifest superstitions out of peoples' regular rational judgment.

Oh boy, there are soooo many. Try looking into Old Testament books like; Exodus, Numbers, Judges, Joshua, and much more. Most of them actually portray god as a greedy, insecure, murderous sociopath.
