I like completing puzzles and usually give them out and i would like to frame them so it looks somewhat flush i would get it professionally done but i dont want to spend 70 $ to get it worked on for a puzzle i bought for 10 =/ any advise would help thanks

glue it in a smoothed wood(exact size of the puzzle). cover it with plastic (tightly).

my uncle did it with his 30x24 puzzle, looks nice.

It really is not that hard. Glue with white glue that turns clear to a piece of cardboard. Then put it in a frame with or without glass; but best with glass.
