looks attract, but personality makes them a keeper. someone with a rotten personality turns ugly in my eyes, even if they are good looking. so technically a bad personality = ugly person no matter what, and they repel instead of attract. a not-so-goodlooking person with a stellar personality is preferred, and 10X more attractive. a person who has both is blessed, but they sometimes may be a bit of a turn off if they are too perfect. summary, looks are relatively and initially important, but after awhile, it doesn't anymore. Personality runs the field, for the rest of the entire game.

Well the looks are what make you like the person inthe first place and if the person has a good personility then thats a plus but most of the time if the person has a shitty attuide and everything like that then that person becomes ugly to you just bcause of that

Well, obviously looks matter... but in the long run, personality will be there when looks fail. Definitely, personality matters more.

Looks, and looks only. Last year, I had this tall blond leggy girl on my arm, right. And suddenly she opened her mouth, and do you know what happened? She voiced an opinion that seemed caring and profound. I just said "awww" and patted her on the head. It was cute, but I had to instruct her to concerntrate on being pretty and leave the serious stuff to me.
She was a right trophy on my arm!! Looked good and all that and I preferred observing her through the window more to ugly girls. She roused my loins. I cared not for her personality. It was more a source of my amusement than anything. I liked patting her on her head whenever she said anything, she was so cute looking.
I told her to concerntrate on embroidery and kittens as she looked cuter doing that.
It ended when I took diabolical liberties with her knees and she dumped me.

Example: If I see a good-looking guy at the Ice Rink, school or YouthQuake or something, I'll try talking to him but, if he;s a jerk-off, then, I won't continue talking to him. If I've known someone a while and they're good looking AND sweet, then awesome that's great! Or, if I've known you and you're not so hot but you're personality is cool, that's also awesomly great!

both would be ideal. however, in the short-term, i KNOW people would prefer looks...in the longterm relationship personality. EVERYONE says personality is more important to them, yet on the online dating websites in a survey 75% people said they dated ppl cuz of personality but it turned out that it was purely for looks
