Psalm 68:4
Sing unto Elohim, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name YAH, and rejoice before him.
We are told to sing to him (music) for His name, as the tetragrammanton is exactly where we get music notes from.
Psalm 33:2 Praise YHWH with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
Psalm 149:3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
Isaiah 23:16 Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten; make sweet melody, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered.
Many more but its in there.

The entire Psalms are Hymnals (Psalms means songs of praise) and music is mentioned at least 100 times in the Bible. Have you ever picked up a Bible?

In the book of Psalms, most of them were songs written for use in the temple. There are also passages where David and Solomon assigned people to be musicians for the temple.

David sang and danced all the time! If you read about david and some of the kings you will see where it talks about it. It's all through the bible, really. Just keep looking.

There is a mention of dancing several times in the Old Testament, e.g. Ecclesiastes. That alludes to the presence of music

Predominantly in the Psalms, if you mean in praise to God. Also, if you want to know about angels, harps, etc. in heaven read Revelations, or at least towards the end of the NT.
