As long as the pleasurable sex is with your spouse, it's not a sin at all. God designed the act to be pleasurable; it would be foolish to say that this pleasure was sinful.
However, I must add, if you do anything to the act to prevent it from it's natural consequences (pregnancy if the woman is ovulating, for example), then you are doing something sinful. But the sex act itself is not sinful.

Not at all.
What's sin, according to Catholicism, is the act of avoiding children, when done for the sake of your own pleasure and convenience. In other words, artificial birth control as it is practiced the vast majority of the time.

IF (and that i emphasis IF) you are able to quote a scripture that spells out that intercourse interior marriage is a sin, please quote it right here. I positioned forth that intercourse interior marriage isn't a sin. study the music of Solomon, there are some sure exhilaration linked with the marital act. that's intercourse exterior of marriage-whether for exhilaration or duplicate-it somewhat is a sin. i think different posters are suitable whilst they state that the Roman Catholic Church teaches that the 1st sin replaced into intercourse--which in case you study the Bible you will comprehend that intercourse replaced into no longer the 1st sin.

I'm not a catholic but the way that I understand it is that if you are married, you can have all the sex you want and for any reason as long as you don't use so-called "artificial" birth control to stop conception. So, you don't have to engage in sex thinking or even praying that you become pregnant every time as long as you aren't actively trying to prevent pregnancy, you're fine.
Peace,
Jenn

Yes.
In the European Catholic Church, all sex is sin.
All women are sin.
All priests legally married to women are sin too.
It was also a sin for the Holy Ghost to be the Father of Jesus, too.
The Vatican is sin-conscious and everything is a sin to Rome.
The only persons allowed to enter Italian Heaven are unmarried monks and unmarried nuns. There is no room for anyone else, for example, Joseph and Mary, at the Vatican's Inn of Heaven above Rome.
