The Kingdom of God is a literal government. Daniel 2:44 says it will replace all of the governments of the earth. It will rule from heaven. It is the means that Jesus as the enthroned King will use to remove wickedness from the earth and restore the earth to the Paradise Jehovah intended. (Proverbs 2:21,22 and Psalm 37:9-11) It will bring stability and peace to the earth. It will resurrect the billions of dead who have never heard of the Messiah or had an opportunity to learn of God's purposes.

Jesus taught us to pray for that Kingdom, that His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
