You can try to massage their tummy and their anal opening, but why, at two weeks, are you just worrying about this and just learning about this?

If they haven't pooped in two weeks, the whole lot of them need to get to a vet ASAP.

Once they come home from the vet, you need to call a no-kill shelter to come take them so that they can spend the next 6-10 weeks with a responsible experienced care-giver.

Good, moral, responsible, smart breeders know virtually everything about breeding BEFORE they breed. Those who think that owning a cute dog gives them a right to breed it are the backyard breeders that are the reason for millions of dogs being killed in shelters each year. Don't contribute to this.

The dog obviously isn't a mom that should be bred again and you clearly aren't a responsible or experienced breeder, so all your dogs need to be fixed.

Your can take a q-tip dip it in warm water & rub the anal area very gentle. This will help. If this does not work make sure you take them to the vet ASAP. Make sure you have a towel around because it will get kind of messy if you know what I mean. But good for you for trying. You have to do do this several times a day for each puppy. If they don't poop they will die. Please have patience with them & do this. A cotton ball will work also. Just wet it with warm water & message the poop poop area until the poop comes out.

I use luke warm water with paper towel.
This should be evrytime the pups are fed ( every 2 hours)
My vet has me worm the pups and mom at 2,4,6,8 and 10 weeks. All pups are born with worms according to my vet.
The pups should get their first vaccines at 6 weeks old.
tehy can be started to be weaned at 3 weeks if mom isn't feeding. I use teh puppy chow and moisten it with the puppy ofrmula or goats milk.
Good Luck

Ditto the warm wet washcloth. Since you know that the mother dog is not caring correctly for her pups, please do not breed her again.
