I don't believe so, but it all depends on the county that you live in. Laws in regards to the handling and sale of alcohol in Ohio are governed by local governments and not the state. I've gone through TIPS alcohol training in Ohio and lived there for many years.

each state is different. Many places require you to be 19 to stock or ring up alcohol in a grocery store; some it is 21. I don't know Ohio. Go to your state statutes and look it up ;)

Usually you have to be 18 years old to handle alcohol. It probably depends on the state though.

the law is for serving and mixing liquor thats why 18yo can bring wine to your table at dinnner. but the cocktail waitress brings mixed drinks..

i know you have to be 18 to serve alcohol, but I don't know about stocking it

They can sell cigarettes. I'd assume alcohol is ok too.

I always thought that was weird though...
