No.
Everything that surrounds us witnesses the fact that there is a Creator.

No, as for organized religions, taken anywhere near a literal realm, yes. We know for a fact we have been hear a lot longer than 6=10,000 years, this is supported not only by biology, but just about every scientific field in some manor, not only by carbon dating, but by other dating methods as well. It is a fact.

We know there was no recent global flood, as many religions hold. Beyond the obvious(it would take five times the amount of water circulating in our atmosphere to cause a flood), there are no signs of erosion, which would be everywhere.

We also know that polytheistic and pantheistic religions far outdate the first monotheistic religion, which was Zoroastrianism, shortly followed by Judaism, both of which are newer than even Hinduism by a good margin, so you might as well be saying Gods.

maybe not but I can prove that Christians do not serve the God of the Bible.
for Christians serve an all knowing God that loves his creation, mainly the humans.
The God of the old testament is a little bit short of a loving God that kills off many people who make any sort of mistake. He even kills innocent children etc. He orders his creation to kill also.
In today's world there are thousands of innocent children starving to death, and when they do they might end up in Hell because they did not see by nature, that is to say no clean water and no vegetation in which they can feast on, that God is real. In the new testament when Jesus came in person he proved that he could feed 1000's of people with such a little bit of food. So, why would he not perform a miracle when so many people reach out in His name to feed the hungry; and not allow their barrels of food to go empty before every one was fed.
The Christian God does not lie: but Jesus said we can have whatever we ask him. Hmmm I am sure that a few thousand people have prayed for peace and food for the hungry, not to mention healings and a cure for different diseases.

Sure thing... but I'll need you to take part in this re-construction of a very simple but well known experiment.

Here's the experiment design: We'll get into a small plane and climb to an altitude of... oh, let's say 10,000 feet -- that'll be high enough. And then we'll toss your *** out, (no parachute, of course,) and you'll pray as hard as you can for God to catch you or provide a soft landing.

My proof to you, (or to any other numb-nut believer who fails to see that there is no god,) will be in the up-close and personal, first hand knowledge of the large greasy spot that you make upon impact with the ground when nothing at all comes to your rescue.

All set...? Let's go for it.

Yeah! Nobody's EVER seen him!

Nobody's EVER heard him or gotten a phone call or an email from him. There are no pics of him ANYWHERE. Nobody, in the recorded history of mankind, has ever, EVER seen God!

So ancient, frightened man must have made him up many millennia ago to explain natural phenomenon that they didn't understand with their primitive brains. To this day, there are those who STILL believe what those illiterate, simple-minded people began. They've just created a more elaborate belief system around the original deity.

Can you prove to me without a shadow of doubt that unicorns are not real?

No, of course not.

Is that the best evidence you have for God? That's OK if you are willing to admit the existence of God is just as likely as unicorns.

I personally do not believe in unicorns, do you?

Can you prove to me without a shadow of a doubt that there is in fact a God? If you can prove it to me then I'll become theist as well

It's very much a two way street, friend.

I don't need to. The burden of proof is on those who claim something exists.

Like most atheists, I couldn't care less whether you choose to become an atheist or not. If you believe in gods, be a theist. We really don't care, as long as you keep it out of the government and laws that apply to everyone.

I think most of the people think that the burden of proof is on you to prove there is a God. But that is not so. The disagreement is not between you and them, it is between them and God.

The question they might have to answer from God is, "Why didn't you seek me after so many people told you about me?". They will then try to lay the burden of proof on God. I think God will simply say, "if you really wanted to know me, you would have sought me even though you had no proof".

You can't disprove the existance of god, but you can't disprove the existance of the following either:

Fairies, Unicorns, Goblins, Elves, Giants, Vampires, were wolves, will o' the wisps, magic, Cyclopses, Zeus, Apollo, Aphrodite, Hermes, Hades, Jupiter(the god), Mars(the god), Venus(the goddess), Vulcan, Isis, Amun, Odin, Thor, Hel, Loki, Frigg, Freyr.

so do you believe in all of those as well?
