Maryland is famous for it's crabs. As a crab lover that has been all over the USA, I can honestly say that MD has the best crab meat!

To be honest it really depends. In Maryland, blue crabs are so tasty and great for cooking but you have to eat 20 just to get full. In San Francisco, Dungenous Crabs are the best. The meat is not as sweet as blue crabs but you get tons of meat. You will eat one and be completely full. Alaskan King crabs are good for an alternate but they do not compare to Blue or Dungenous Crabs.

From the Chesapeake Bay. Those blue crabs are so delicious when steamed with a little Old Bay seasoning. Mmmm mmmmmmmmm
