Translated, your question is, "Why do Latinos in the US want 'Comprehensive' immigration reforms?"

Answer: because they think the word "Comprehensive" will fool people into thinking it's not really "Amnesty".

We're not fooled.

Let's see if we can figure this out. Intersting play on words.
Non Anglo Whites ...er' that would be anyone who is Anglo but not White? That would be no one. If you are Anglo, you are white, right?

Non Hispanic Whites. I guess that would mean, people who "look" white but have recessive genes of Hispanics hding deep within them? Or just people who are white and have no hispanic race within them.

So from the above = Nobody, believes that a White person ...needs Civil Rights Reforms.

I like that thought. Works for me.

Non-Anglo whites believe white Anglos are not White enough to be considered whites by them.

"Anglo" is still insulting, so stop.

There seems to be a communications breakdown here. The only immigration reform we need is to make it harder.
