I had the same problem. Try waiting to turn on the toothbrush until it's in your mouth, that way it will fly all over your teeth instead of on the walls.

What other stuffs shall you put on a toothbrush anyway? I might be kidding, but brushing will not work to get rid of plaque without the toothpaste that has the content that kills nasty bacteria in the mouth. Toothpaste are mainly for teeth whitening purpose. Try the brand that had satisfied me with the real essence of a toothpaste. It's the very effective teeth whitening kit from http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com/. For me and my family, it is the best and one of a kind. Try and you'll see the amazing difference. You deserve the bright smile of your life.

Toothpaste is not a necessity! The friction from the toothbrush is what removes plaque (bacteria) from your teeth. Infact, using dry bristles on lingual surface of your lower anteriors (tongue side of your lower front teeth) helps remove the plaque better...and keeps it from forming calculus... aka "tarter"

Yes you put toothpaste on those brushes. You have to press down when you apply it and put the brush to your teeth before you turn it on.

YOU TURN ON THE TOOTHBRUSH ONLY ONCE YOU PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH AND CLOSE YOUR LIPS AROUND IT. ONLY THEN DO YOU TURN IT ON OTHERWISE THE PASTE JUST FLIES OFF.

The paste will stay on the brush if you don't turn it on until you are starting to actually brush.
