Cheerful Good Morning, Sunshine!!! Nailed one on Thursday night, did we??? You didn't say what your age is, (I'm staying away from the "o" word) but I've found out that the bottle and I are getting less friendly as the years go by......Yeah, I used to be able to party with the best of them, then something called the 40's happened, and I found out that my system wasn't quite as resiliant as it was in my youth after a night of partying.....so, my guess is that it's that the years are catching up with you.....I know, I hate it too, but what to do??? Hope you are feeling better soon......Enjoy!!

I don't know ask me Tues. morning.
Actually yes, I've had a hangover 4 days later (ugh!!).
Best remedy I've found:
3 Excedrin, 3 aspirin downed with 20oz. or so of water, mix 12oz. of V-8, 1 beer (Budweiser), and AT LEAST TWICE AS MUCH Tabasco or Franks Red Hot as you would normally use, and drink somewhat slowly.
Then get into a scalding hot shower for at least 30 min.
By the time you dry off and get into your lazy clothes you should be feeling great......if not just wait an hour or so and have another beer.

Yes, if you consumed WAY to much on Thursday and haven't replaces the water, vitamins and minerals that you lost that night you may still be feeling now.
Drink lots of water. Eat a banana. Take a B complex vitamin.

i had a 3 day hangover once when i was only 22, so yes, they can happen, but i will say it was a *big* night, and i didn't really get a chance to rest and recover as i was working 2 jobs at the time. haven't had one since, but there's still lots of time for em;)

I think at that point it's just dehydration. You haven't rehydrated yourself completely from drinking the other night. Or it could be not getting enough sleep, with kids we can't sleep in til 12 in the afternoon after a night of drinking.

It would have had to be a big night out for the hangover to last that long. You are not that old.
