I don't see myself using the holsters for concealed carry because they stick out too far under a t-shirt. I am used to LWB holsters like the DeSantis I use daily for my Glock 27.

I just see the holsters for the range of arctic weather conditions.

Yes the gear that comes with all XD is one of the best Marketing combo's that has hit the handgun field ever.

Mine was packaged with the hard-side clip-in holster and three magazines. Two of the mags are "concealed carry" 8 shot mags, and one is a high capacity 12 shot mag with the finger extensions.

I use the extra gear all the time since I carry it with the concealed carry magazine. Mine is the 3" sub compact chambered in .40 caliber.

I use the pouch for my magazines and sometimes use the holsters. I do not like speed loaders for semi-autos.

For the most part I use my BlackHawk CQC w/serpa lock.

Do you?

Added...I like paddle holster better because I can take them off and put them on fast without unbuckling my belt. But for marketing and stuff it is great. For those that want home protection also get a holster for not extra charge.
