No. Not at all. When Most People say that, they are referring (in a double meaning) when the person has an intimate relationship 'for the First Time'. I know lots and 'lots' of married people acting like little kids. Being complete in life requires 'Maturity'. A person is complete when leaving to the side all the childish things, the unnecessary things, and the drama. Taking things maturely, and as they come in life. For a woman and for a man, Maturity is the key, and Never marriage.

It might seem fair but it would be incorrect. Each individual is complete, whole and contains the other within. Worship is not necessary. Worship is the wrong word, honor would be better. To honor the other as the same holy creature that you are affirms ones existence.

That could only work if your goddess theory was true. The real God is neither male or female. We only chose to call him by the male pronoun. It does not make Him male. If you were to sit down and draw out an entirely new creature on paper would that then make you confined to that new creature? God is way more than male or female. There were two choices in making His Word into a human being. It could come into this earthly plane as male or female. God chose male. They had much more freedom to do the job in those days. It still does not turn God into only male. Angels are neither male or female either. But some of them can manifest in our perceptions as males, maybe as females. But they do not get "stuck" there. You need to expand your concepts a bit more.

I can only speak as a man who has loved. Some things don't need to be dressed up. The fabric of love is course, it is a humble thing. When a woman swells with what her man has put inside of her, you cheapen her to call her a goddess.
Call her a woman, that is enough. That word is the vessel of our hopes and desires. What foolishness, worship. I burn for her, I do not fawn. My heart, my soul, my body are hers. I am lost in her.

Yes, I think it would be denying an integral part of who we (all) are to fail to feel the reverence and love of our Divine Parents.
In marriage, I grew into love with my husband. (Didn't fall in love.) Now that I know him so well, and appreciate his divine qualities (love, inspiration, patience, etc) I feel like he is my own personal god. I trust and love him deeply, as he follows (through spiritual means) the God who created us all.
However, I see that the God and Goddess were brought into existance countless eternities ago... from unformed intelligence, they progressed to self-determination, and chose their genders then... discovering themselves, as we all are. The way I feel it is, the divine love between man and woman is the essence of what the God and Goddess feel.
The "god-feeling" = love
Love is deepest and most soul-changing in the daily intertwining of man and woman... their small daily acts, their kindness to each other, their one-in-purpose but different (and complementary) functions and their physical union as well.
I believe nothing creates Oneness better than a man and woman who have learned how to love each other.
Jesus said, "If ye are not one, ye are not mine." Discovery through individuality... and Oneness through love. That is the joy of being alive... and the joy in being immortal sentient beings. The Gods just found gender and love before we did... that's why they are our Gods... and have brought us to the same realisation.

In my opinion, yes. I found personally that the Christian faith (I was raised Lutheran) didn't address my deepest need to identify with the Divine. Discovering the Divine Feminine has been life-altering for me.
Blessings to you.

God is not male of female. If you substitute just God in your statement then yes since no person can be truly complete with out God in their life and no person can ever take the place of God.

Hmmmm.... you know the same people who INSIST that God is a man, would tell you there is no Godess.
So, slowly, why would God need to have genitals (be a man...) if there's no female counterpart to use them on?

IMO worship is an integral part of love. And without love, we are not fully human.
Thank you for your wise question my friend.
Peace and light.
