1) its nothing specific, technically the bar mitzvah is simply an age thing, and any ceremony is simply celebration of that occasion. it happens wether theres celebration/ceremony or not. what is done varies alot. personally on mine I lead almost the entire friday night and saturday morning service.
2) specified in #1, its just an issue of celebrating it. doing it later in life wouldn't really make sense. like for converts the bet din is "the equivalent" and for people about bar mitzvah age that are converting, the bar mitzvah and bet din can be combined. at least in conservative movement it can.
4) (what happened to 3?) its called a kippah or yamikah. its a humility type thing.
5) because there are 613 there. 10 is just the more readily known ones that have a story attached. the 613 is the numbering that mamonodies I think worked out, enumerating the commandments throughout the torah.
6) the personal name of God is what is called the tetragrammaton. this is the hebrew word that non-jews frequently miscommunicate as "jehovah" or whatever. Jews do not say it like this, whatsoever. not even try. ever. (excluding explaining it like this)
some people exclude the O because in Jewish tradition one should not allow the written name of God to be destroyed or mistreated. some take this to the extreme of including the english word "God" some specify it to hebrew, or to writings such as in the torah or copies of in the torah. its really just extra caution.
7) Judaism does not focus on the afterlife. its about this life. judaism itself does not deal with such things. it kinda just leaves it open with a "I don't know but I trust God to be Just in such matters" .
there are some concepts that some believe in, which are commonly translated as "hell" though this is not exactly accurate as most people think of it.
theres Sheol, which is simply the grave. as in where your dead body goes.
theres also Gahenna, which is most similar to a purgatory type place where you review your outstanding sins and such. but this has a maximum "term" of 1 year for the living world.
interestingly some jewish people even believe in reincarnation. (personally I do)
there are no "bad souls" only people who have committed(sometimes grave) sins.

Way to many questions:
7. Many believe in the recycling of souls, i.e., reincarnation. This is why we Jews need to make lots of babies, to replace the bodies for those souls that lost theirs in the Holocaust.
If a "gentile" has an overwhelming desire to become Jewish, this can be traditionally viewed as a Jewish soul that was reborn in a goy "gentile" body.
6. The name is to holy to write, so we leave out the vowels, so you cannot pronounce it. It is a secret name, that no one truly knows. The G-D really is not significant because God is not his real name. But some use it in reference to the tradition.
5. 613 represent all of the laws that still can be kept in torah, without the temple.
4. The Kipah or yamakah is put on the head in reverence to HaShem. The Torah commands the head to be covered as part of that 613.
2-3. Traditionally, the Bar Mitzvah represents the time or rite of passage when the boy steps into equality with his father. He can do it later in life if he likes.
1. Go to a synagogue and ask when you convert.

I know the answer to question number 5,
when god sent Gabrila to hand out the commandments to his people , Gabriel landed in the middle east . where he met some Arabs , gab real gave them the commandments ,but when the Arabs read one of the commandments ,thy Shall not kill , Arabs refuse to take them ,they told Gabriel that their way of living dose include killing and their were sorry for not accepting them,
Gabriel was sent down to earth again by God to try again ,
this time Gabriel landed in wails UK ,he offered the commandments o the welsh people , but when they read them . they refused them because one of the commandments ,says thou shall not commit adultery , welsh explained that because we live in the small mining villages and have nothing to do at our spear time , we are normally after one an others wife's and daughters ,so we can't except the commandments ,
God sent
Gabriel for the last time to earth and said to Gabriel, try again if nobody wants them then i will give up from earth ,
this time gab real landed in Israel where they were some Jewish people , Gabrila offered the commandments to a few Jews ,who refused it blank , then Gabrila offered it again to them , but the Jewish people asked ,how much are they , Gabrila replied , free , no charge , one of the Jews Said i have 613,
