No.
There are some fields of science that the more they discover (such as Biology I believe), the more signs there are leading to a God creating this whole universe. There are some things in this world that given the current theories, the chances of it occurring naturally are so astronomical, that people believe there must be a greater being behind all of this.
Also, you have to remember when the bible was written, and what the people could or could not understand. Most of it are stories that should not be taken 100% literally, instead you should look for a meaning behind it.

Peace be upon you
If your religion is Right , science may reach it or little of the facts which present in your religion.
Science develop day after day , for example science was saying that man developed from other speices and by time and with more studies in this proofs,we found the same proofs used now to prove that the man's origin is man, and he was created in this nice look.
Now i am asking you about the faith and trust of the God.
Remember also that the God ordered us to learn and look for science everywhere and at all ages whatever males or females .

No that's not true. If anything...modern science is helping me understand more of the universe and how a "heaven" could actually exist.
Right now we only reached the tip of an iceberg with science. There is so much we have yet discovered...

Since the God Yahweh is a scientist and created us in His image He knows all about our interest and pursuit of science and technology. We are only taking after our Creator. That is what He or They meant when They said about Adam and Eve, "They have become like us, knowing good and evil". So our knowledge of science won't keep us out of heaven. It will only screw us up while we are on Earth. It will be our personal rejection of His existence and refusing to follow His instructions throughout our lives on Earth.

Science is like fire - a necessary evil. But it is just another tool that was given to us to use. And we have the power to make it work the way we want, like we can use fire to cook food for a hungry person, or to burn down public property in the name of trivial things.
But we also have the understanding to choose what is right and what is wrong. And, as long as we can choose what is right for us and use the tools given to us in the right way, and also understand that there is a superior power up there looking after things, we'll always go to heaven.

I think that modern science can bring us closer to God, to understanding His power and love for us. Many things cannot be explained; it took a master mind to cause the universe to come into being.
Our world's orbit is perfect, one degree off and this earth would be inhabitable. We are close enough to the sun for life to thrive; any closer or further away, and this earth could not contain life.
All things have purpose, and are perfectly ordered even in chaos to cause life to thrive.
Even digs of past civilizations cause me to believe there is a God, for they had some rituals and traditions, some god they worshiped. They knew or felt something else grander than them was in charge of the earth. Even if they did not worship the Judeo Christian God, they worshiped something, they knew something was greater than them, a higher, more intelligent being or beings was present and causing things to happen, something or someones that created everything, something they felt needed to be glorified in some way.
