I live in US. I bought a products online from canada. But there is something wrong. The dealer asked me to send it back and change another products for me. How do I tag the export paperwork so I don't have to pay
duties again since they were already paid once?
Thanks very much!

You're dealing with 2 separate customs systems here. US Customs levies duty when the goods are imported. If you have to return the goods you MIGHT be able to apply for a rebate of the duties paid. Your customs paperwork should explain that.

When you return the goods you're now dealing with Canadian Customs. Well, actually, the vendor is now dealing with them. It will be up to Canadian law as to whether or not any duties are assesed on the returned goods. The vendor should be able to tell you how to mark the package and what documentation to include in the package to avoid Canadian duties if it's possible. Typically you'd mark the Customs label as "Previously exported goods being returned for credit without adjustment in value."
