He should be the one to tell her. Unless he is only 15 or so (or still at an age when he might not be ready for parenthood) she will be ecstatic. Are these twins being born out of wedlock? If your mom is a church person, this might rattle her cage for a bit, but as soon as the twins are born, like I said, she'll be ecstatic, but she will want to see the parents married almost right away.

Congratulations. Enjoy being an aunt.

Have you ever had the desire to be a GRANDMOTHER???? Cause your chance is only three months AWAY!!!! He should tell her or him and the brothers spouse or gf. Not only will you be having the pleasure of making one baby laugh but TWO BABIES LAUGH! If she already knows hes having one just say guess what MOM he's having TWINS!~ Twice the SCREAMING AND DIAPER CHANGING AND cuddling!

No, your brother should tell her.

Why would you ruin the surprise? Don't you think he would want the chance to tell her?

Your brother should tell her....how old is he? Is he afraid to have her find out?
You could say, "What would you say if......"

It is not your responsability. He did the deed, he needs to tell her.
