Your child isn't going to be magically healthier because he's bigger. The best thing you can do is make sure the food he does like to eat is healthy, with a wide variety of vitamins, and perhaps offer a multivitamin. If he likes macaroni and cheese, hide some brocolli in it, add vegetable puree to spaghetti sauce, offer carrot sticks and ranch dressing. At 3, kids are just learning the joys of dipping food. Offer grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup "dipping sauce." Apples with caramel dipping sauce, or yogurt dipping sauce.

Try giving pedia sure between meals. As far as getting sick, the best thing to do is to keep clorox wipes around and make your other children wash their hands as soon as they walk into the house.

I would contribute it to his NPS.

"Other anomalies that may or may not be associated with NPS ...
Digestive/GI Disorders (IBS, etc.)"

It could be painful for him to eat. You should see a nutritionist and talk to them about foods that would be soothing on his digestive tract.

Also, giving him vitamins will help if he has nutrient deficiency.
