I got ticketed for Jaywalking across the road but im not going to pay for it cause the cop was being gay. Can I contest a ticket?
Will it go to my record?

But seriously...why go down that road at such a young age?
You're young but not young enough to not know better. Act like a grown up and pay the ticket. It would be gay if you didn't....

Of course you don't have to pay a ticket that you don't agree with, thats the rules ! You just contest it by not showing up for court...the judge will totally get you. You could write him a letter telling him that it was gay for you to get a ticket for violating the law and he'll throw it out AND chew the cops butt for bothering you.

What do you mean the cop was being gay?
If he was fondling you report the incident and get a lawyer.
If he was just effeminate, get over it.
You can contest the ticket for sure, have your day in court.

how do you know the officer was gay?
was that his last name?
if you dont pay for how will you contest the ticket?
you pay the bail and ask for a court date and if you
win or the officer doesnt show up you will get
the bail (fine) reimbused to you
of course being 16 your parent will probally have to with you

that is in the 44th amendment. if the cop is being stupid or makes you mad, you DON'T have to pay for it. don't send the $$ in and see what happens.

if the cop was hitting on you, you can sue him
